A Breath of Fresh Air for Cardiac Rehabilitation
Aermos is a purpose-built cardiopulmonary rehab management system designed to support the daily workflow of modern rehab programs. From real-time patient monitoring to documentation and reporting, Aermos helps teams stay organized while keeping patient care at the center of every session. Backed by ScottCare’s 30+ years of industry leadership and history of innovation, Aermos delivers the reliability, data security, and interoperability programs expect – in a system designed for today’s clinical and operational demands.
Introducing Aermos
Aermos simplifies documentation, reporting, and team collaboration while giving clinicians real-time access to patient data.
Using a lightweight transmitter, Aermos wirelessly captures a patient’s ECG signal and sends it directly to your clinic’s workstation or tablet. Teams can monitor patients continuously during exercise, gaining insights to support safe and effective recovery.
Aermos adapts to your workflow, helping your team spend less time navigating systems and more time focusing on patient care.
It’s Time To Move Beyond Yesterday’s Technology
Many cardiac rehab programs are still using systems built two decades ago – platforms that no longer match how rehab teams work today. Workflows have evolved, documentation demands have increased, and clinicians need real-time visibility into patient progress.
The result? Teams spend too much time working around outdated systems instead of focusing on their patients.
Aermos was built to change that. Designed for today’s rehab programs, it helps teams save time on documentation, stay on top of ITP deadlines, and monitor patient data in real time – so nothing falls behind.
Why Aermos?
Because workarounds aren’t workflows. Paper-based documentation slows everything down. Aermos brings structure, visibility, and daily tasks into one system – so your program runs smoothly, without the manual work.
Because ITPs have due dates. Aermos integrates ITP reminders, action items, and due dates directly into the workflow, so your team always knows what’s coming, and what needs attention.
Because care happens everywhere. With the Aermos Tablet, documentation happens in the moment, your team stays focused on the patient, and end-of-day charting becomes a thing of the past.
Because your system should adapt — not the other way around. Aermos supports flexible workflows with customizable tools, helping programs grow with confidence.
